Notification under DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a):

The Company was notified on 29 June 2007 of the sale of 40,000 ordinary shares
by Christopher Terence Bird, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, at
a price of 730.5 pence per share (0.03% of the Company's issued share capital).

Following this sale Mr Bird retains an interest in 108,134 shares (0.08% of the
Company's issued share capital) held in his own name and 2,488 shares (0.00% of
the Company's issued share capital) held in the name of Share Nominees Limited.
