Mr John Charles Morgan :

78,896 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each at a price of 876.87 pence per share
(0.059% of the Company's issued share capital).

20 December 2006

21,104 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each at a price of 875.28 pence per share
(0.016% of the Company's issued share capital).

Following this transaction Mr Morgan retains an interest in 200,000 ordinary
shares of 0.4pence per share in the Company, representing 0.151% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
