The Company was notified that on 9 November 2006 Mr Jonathan Murphy, Chief
Operating Officer, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each, representing
0.038% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 871.5p per
share. Following this transaction Mr Murphy retains the following interests in
