Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company was notified today of the following changes in the interests of
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in the Ordinary Shares
of 0.4p each of the Company (the "Shares").

Notification under DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a):

On 17 October 2006 Mr Roderick Begbie, Corporate Development Manager, sold
10,000 Shares, representing 0.008% of the issued share capital of the Company,
at a price of 784.501p per share. Following this transaction Mr Begbie retains
an interest in 6,328 Venture Shares, representing 0.005% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
