Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company was notified on 13 October 2006 of the following changes in the
interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in the
Ordinary Shares of 0.4p each of the Company (the "Shares").


Notification under DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a):

On 13 October 2006 Mr Jonathan Roger, Gas Asset Manager, sold 4582 Shares,
representing 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of
764.7p per share. Following this transaction Mr Roger retains an interest in
5014 Venture Shares, representing 0.004% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
