The Company was notified today that on 21st June 2006, Laurence Kinch,
non-executive director of the Company, through a self invested personal pension,
purchased 16,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each, representing 0.01% of the issued
share capital of the Company, at a price of 655 pence per share. Following this
transaction Laurence Kinch retains the following interests in Venture:
