Greenham Trading Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taylor Woodrow plc, has
on 13th August 1998, acquired City Service Supply Company Limited of Harrow -
a leading supplier of janitorial products to the City - for a sum just under
#1 million in cash.

Announcing the deal, Brian Abrahams, Chairman of Greenham Trading said, 'This
is a very exciting acquisition, our second in recent times following Total
Safety in Ireland. The expertise and specialisation of City Service offers a
great opportunity to further expand our business.

He added, 'I have been impressed with both the quality of the team at City
Service and their knowledge and professionalism. They will make a significant
contribution to our continuing success in the janitorial supplies business.'

Mike Dolan, managing director of City Service Supply, commented 'We are very
pleased with this agreement. Not only will it enable us to move our business
forward by increasing the range of products sold, but with it comes the added
benefit of Greenham Trading's skill and expertise in industrial selling.'
