Payment of Interim Dividend
In its Half Year Results announced on 12 May 2020, the Group
announced that in light of the highly unusual circumstances caused
by the COVID-19 virus, the Board had decided that the prudent
approach was to defer the declaration of an interim dividend until
later in 2020.
As set out in our trading update made on the 10th July,
following continued strong trading since then, the Board has now
declared an interim dividend in line with its dividend policy of
1.3p per ordinary share. This will be payable on 28 August 2020 to
ordinary shareholders on the register on 14 August 2020, with an
ex-dividend date 13 August 2020.
