Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Tri-Star (AIM: TSTR), the integrated antimony development company, announces that as part of the fee arrangements with SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel"), the Company has issued a total of 2,143,164 new ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company to SP Angel at a 10 day VWAP of 0.2333 pence for a total value of approximately GBP5,000 ("New Shares").

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and that trading in the New Shares will commence on 17 April 2014 ("Admission").

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission of the New Shares and for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights will be 6,847,257,889 Ordinary Shares of 0.005p each.

Tri-Star does not currently hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
