Turbo Power Systems Inc. ("the Company"), the innovative power generation and
conditioning equipment supplier, have today been notified that Mr. Wayne McLeod,
a Non-Executive Director, purchased 80,000 Common Shares of no par value in the
Company on 11 July 2007 at a price of C$0.225.


Mr. McLeod's total holding in the Company of 317,881 shares represents 0.01% of
the issued share capital.
