                                 Holdings in the Company


The Company is aware of the following changes to its significant shareholders' 
holdings.

Celltech Limited, one of the Company's shareholders, has transferred 1,015,073
ordinary shares of Teleset to P.M. Tseriotis Limited, who is also a significant
shareholder of Teleset.

Subsequent to the transfer, Celltech Limited holds 17,046,513 ordinary shares
representing 12.7% of the voting capital of the Company. P.M. Tseriotis Limited
holds 4,635,427 ordinary shares representing 3.5% of the voting capital of the
Company.

The remaining shares held by Celltech Limited are subject to the lock-in
agreement agreed with the Company's significant shareholders at admission on 12
October 2006.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue following this transaction remains
at 134,075,123.
