          Result of the Annual General Meeting and Directorate Change


At the Annual General Meeting of Teleset Networks PCL (the "AGM") held on 30 May
2007, all the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

Following the investment by Templeton Strategic Emerging Market Fund II
announced on 19 March 2007, and the subsequent appointment of Yuri Mashintsev to
the board of the Company, Frank Lewis decided not to put himself up for re-
election to the board at the AGM in order to focus on his other business
interests.

Commenting, Philippos Vatiliotis, Non-Executive Chairman of Teleset said: "On
behalf of the shareholders, I would like to thank Frank for his commitment to
the business during his time as a Non-Executive Director."
