Comments:

Growth in revenues in the second half was in line with expectations and the
full year turnover growth reflects the strong trading conditions enjoyed by
the Company during the year.

Refurbishment work is currently under way at a number of the Group's hotels
including the continuation of major projects at The Tower, Mount Royal, Royal
Horseguards, Charing Cross and Glasgow Thistle Hotels, as well as the
construction of a substantial leisure facility at The Brands Hatch Thistle.
