announced that Simon Cooper has been appointed Chief Executive.

10 Group Chairman Andy Moore said: "Simon has been a Director of 10 Group plc
since December 1999 and has been instrumental in developing the group's new
strategy of focusing on opportunities in leisure and franchising. His
appointment is in recognition of his work and will enable us to continue to take
the company forward in its new direction"
