HOLDING IN COMPANY

Further to a notification received by the Company from
M.D.B. Holdings Limited ("MDB") on 5 May 1999 that MDB
had acquired a holding of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ("Shares") representing 3.06% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital, MDB advised the
Company on 7 Sept 1999 that it has reduced its holding in
the Company below the notifiable level.
