Manchester, UK. 1 April 2004*The Company was notified today by Mr. Gron
Ffoulkes-Davies, Group Finance Director, that he had today purchased 100,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of
9.25p per share. Following this purchase, Mr. Ffoulkes-Davies' total holding in
Tepnel amounts to 750,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.557% of the Company's
outstanding shares.
