made by the Company, the Company has issued and allotted 301,984 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Cornell Capital Partners
Offshore L.P. leaving a balance of 5,698,016 Ordinary Shares which may be
admitted to trading under the Block Listing application.
