of Ordinary shares on 9 February 2009 and the subsequent disposal of Ordinary
shares on 10 February 2009 by Credit Suisse Group ('CSG'), CSG has a notifiable
interest of 17,877,500 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
approximately 7.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.
