ADDITIONAL LISTING


Further to the announcement dated 28 June 2002 in relation to the agreement with
Precision Systems Science Co Limited, application has been made for the
admission of 1,414,393 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

Application has also been made for a further 51,664 new Ordinary Shares,
allotted pursuant to the Tepnel Life Sciences PLC 1998 Inland Revenue Approved
Savings Related Share Option Scheme, to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The 1,466,057 new Ordinary Shares will rank rank passu in all respects with the
Company's current issued Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence
on 4 July 2002.
