                                  BOARD CHANGE


Tepnel Life Sciences PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gron
Ffoulkes-Davies as Financial Controller and Company Secretary.  Mr.
Ffoulkes-Davies replaces Mr. Jeremy Lee, formerly Finance Director and Company
Secretary, who is leaving Tepnel with immediate effect to pursue other
opportunities.

Mr. Ffoulkes-Davies' career spans a number of finance positions, including
that of Group Financial Controller at Limelight Group plc (now HomeForm Group
Limited).  Mr. Ffoulkes-Davies is a chartered accountant having trained with
Arthur Andersen & Co.

Ben Matzilevich, Chief Executive Officer of Tepnel, commented "We are pleased
to welcome Gron to the Company.   Gron is well qualified to oversee the
accounting function of a small, rapidly growing Group and we look forward to
his contribution going forward."
