Manchester, U.K, 27 December 2006 Tepnel Life Sciences PLC (AIM: TED), the
UK-based international Molecular Diagnostics and Research Products & Services
group, confirms that under the Equity Line of Credit facility block listing
application for the admission to trading of up to 6,000,000 ordinary shares of
1p each ("Ordinary Shares") announced on 1 March 2004, the Company issued and
allotted 4,765,070 Ordinary Shares to Cornell Capital Partners Offshore L.P. in
the financial year ended 31 December 2004. The balance of 1,234,930 Ordinary
Shares have not been issued under the Equity Line of Credit facility block
listing application.
