The Company was informed on 14 April 2000 that,
following a purchase of ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company ("Shares"), the holding of Rock Nominees
Limited is now 4,615,909 Shares, representing 8.9% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company has also become aware that Dr S Minter no
longer has a notifiable holding of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
