Additional Listing

Further to the announcement dated 28 June 2000 in respect of Sportsworld's
acquisition of Pro-Active Projects Limited ("Pro-Active), the Company
announces that it will apply to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for admission of 8,913 new Ordinary Shares in Sportsworld ("new
Ordinary Shares) to (i) the Official List and, (ii) trading on the London
Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities ("Admission").

The new Ordinary Shares have been issued as further consideration for the
acquisition of Pro-Active following Pro-Active's achievement of certain
targets relating to its net profits for the period 1 December 1999 to 30 June
2000.

The new Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will, on
issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
