                                TRADING UPDATE                                 

ReneSola Ltd ("ReneSola" or the "Company") (AIM: SOLA), a leading manufacturer
of solar wafers for the photovoltaic industry, is pleased to announce its third
quarter production output.

Total production output in the third quarter was approximately 36 MW. ReneSola
is on track to achieve the full year production output guidance of 120 MW to
125 MW provided in the announcement of the results for the second quarter on 23
August 2007.
