                     Acquisition of Bosman
 
Senior  Engineering  Group  plc is  pleased  to  announce  the
acquisition  of Bosman Powersource Support BV ("Bosman")  from
Zimmerman Holdings, as reported in an earlier announcement  on
16 June 1997.  The exact consideration, currently estimated to
be  cash  of  US$2.65  million  (#1.6  million)  plus  assumed
liabilities of US$1.1 million (#0.7 million), will depend upon
certain  asset  and liability values on completion,  which  is
scheduled for 2 February 1998.
