Safestyle UK plc (AIM: SFE), the leading UK-focused retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors for the homeowner market, confirms that as at 20 May 2019, the Company had 82,808,896 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is therefore 82,808,896.

Accordingly, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
