                       CA Localizes with SDL Technologies
   Extends business relationship with SDL with selection of full range of
                        integrated, standards-based software



Maidenhead, UK - 3 December 2004 - SDL International, the world's leading

Computer Associates ("CA") has selected SDL software for localization and
translation across its product operations.

The localization technology platform

SDLWorkFlow(TM) 2004 manages the translation processes and centralized assets,
