SDL plc (the "Company")
Dividend
The Company is to recommend to its shareholders at the annual
general meeting, to be held on 27 April 2017, that a final
dividend, for the year ended 31 December 2016, of 6.2 pence per
ordinary share be declared. If approved by shareholders, the
dividend will be payable on 9 June 2017 to shareholders on the
register on 12 May 2017, with an ex-dividend date of 11 May
2017.
