                Application for admission to the Official List


Pursuant to the acquisition of the Automated Real Time Translation Division
from Transparent Language Inc. announced on 13 February 2001, application has
been made to both the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc
for 1,584,176 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("the New Shares") to
be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority.


Admission of the New Shares is expected to become effective at 8.00am on 5
March 2001.
