Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group, announces that Fiona Holmes, an Executive Director, has resigned from the Company's Board and will leave the business with immediate effect to pursue other interests.

The search for Fiona's successor as the Company's Brands Director will begin immediately and, until an appointment is made, the Company's brands will report directly to the Chief Executive.
