The Board of Supercart Plc was notified on Friday 31 March 2006 by Mr W.P.S.
Richards, pursuant to sections 198 to 210 of the Companies Act 1985 (as
amended), that Mr Richards has acquired 720,000 ordinary shares. He now has a
beneficial interest in 2,870,000 ordinary shares which represents 14.00 per cent
of the Company's issued share capital.
