Rathbones Group Plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities
The Company announces that, on 9 May 2023, ordinary shares of 5p
were acquired at GBP19.20 (mid-market close on 5 May 2023) by
Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, the trustee of the Company's
Inland Revenue Approved Share Incentive Plan, in respect of the
reinvestment of the Company's final dividend for the year ended 31
December 2022. The shares were purchased from the Company's
Employee Benefit Trust, the Rathbone Brothers Plc Employee Benefit
Trust No.2.
Subject to the deed and rules of the plan, the shares will be
held by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited on the behalf of the
following PDMRs.
The notifications below, which have been made in accordance with
the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provide further
detail.
