Contract Win

RAM, the investor in Digital out of Home ('DOOH') media, communications and intellectual property, announces further advertising sales and installation contract wins for its subsidiary, RAM Vision Limited ("RAM Vision") with property owner Capital & Regional and its estate of UK shopping malls, leisure and events destinations.

The new 5 year contracts are for an additional 3 iconic landscape screens to be installed across 3 new sites: The Mall Maidstone, The Mall Walthamstow and The Kingfisher Shopping Centre Redditch. Each site has been scheduled to be installed in time for the important fourth quarter, 2012 trading period. RAM Vision currently has screens located in Capital & Regional's sites The Mall Luton, The Mall Blackburn and The Mall Wood Green.

The Company's wholly owned subsidiary RAM Vision operates digital out of home (DOOH) media advertising sales and content provision and is the largest landscape screen broadcaster in shopping malls within the UK with an aggregate annual footfall circa 600m.

Stephen Rister, Commercial Manager for Capital & Regional, comments:

"The landscape screens RAM Vision has installed at The Mall Blackburn, Luton and Wood Green have already proven popular with shoppers and retailers alike and we are confident they will do just as well in our other centres.

"Our shopping centres are located at the heart of the communities in which they are based and our customer-first approach has proven successful - our footfall figures regularly outperform industry benchmarks. To maintain this, it is important we continue to engage with shoppers. The RAM screens allow us to do this via our retailers who can be sure that their messages are reaching a wide and captive audience."

RAM Active Media Executive Chairman, Tim Baldwin comments:

"The contract wins by RAM Vision with Capital & Regional's UK shopping mall portfolio delivers an immediate revenue enhancement and is a 32 million yearly footfall addition to the RAM Vision estate. This measured increase in footfall is a further demonstration of RAM Vision's commercial plans in seeking to treble its existing estate and enhance the attractiveness of its portfolio to advertising agencies and major brands in future campaigns and events. The enlarged network to 20 Iconic and 350 walkway screens will demonstrate a stronger airtime utilisation and an improvement in rate card, further enhancing the Company's UK broadcasting network growth within the digital outdoor media sector.
