                               Holding in Company


The Company was informed today that BFS Small Companies Dividend Trust plc ("The
Trust") has sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares")
representing 0.26% of Parkwood's issued share capital.


As a result of this transaction The Trust holds 550,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 2.81% of Parkwood's issued share capital and as such are no longer
classified as a notifiable interest. The shares are registered in the name of
HSBC Global Custody Nominees (UK) Limited A/C 863159.
