("EPO" or the "Company")
Exercise of Warrants
Equatorial Palm Oil plc, (AIM: PAL), the AIM listed palm oil
development and production company with operations in Liberia, West
Africa announces that it has today issued 1,950,000 new ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to
the exercise of warrants at a price of 8 pence per Ordinary
Share.
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be
admitted to AIM and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are
expected to commence on 29 April 2014.
The enlarged issued share capital of the Company following the
issue of the new 1,950,000 new Ordinary Shares will be 356,277,502
Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change
to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
