Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of GBP1.00 each through Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt"), as part of the extended share buyback programme, of up to GBP75m, announced on 14 June 2022 .
