for difference because Ironsides Partners LLC is the discretionary investment
manager of Ironsides Partners Opportunity Master Fund L.P. and the Ironsides
Partners Special Situations Master Fund L.P. (the "Shareholders").
The Shareholders are the direct holders of the above shares and/or parties
to the contracts for difference.
Ironsides Partners LLC is an investment adviser regulated pursuant to
the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Accordingly, DTR 5.1.5 is applicable.
