AdvertWizard Ltd accepted onto the Government sponsored UK Online for Business
Partnership Programme.

AdvertWizard Ltd, the On-line PLC subsidiary that operates a unique automated
ad platform, announces that it has been accepted as a partner of the
Government sponsored UK Online for Business. The intention is for AdvertWizard
and UK Online to work together to help small and medium sized enterprises with
their websites so that they can get the most out of online advertising, an
area from which they have been virtually excluded to date. It is the latest in
a series of deals that has seen AdvertWizard grow to be one of the largest UK
ad networks since its launch in November 2000.

Marcus Exall, Managing Director of AdvertWizard said 'This is a great
opportunity for us to help the large numbers of SMEs who have set-up websites
in the last few years, but, as yet, have little experience of promoting them
online.  We will be working closely with the partnership programme team at UK
Online for Business to develop, in the first instance, appropriate information
that can be used by their network of advisers.'

On-line PLC is an AIM listed company specialising in the development of
technology content and tools, software and web sites, such as ADVFN.COM PLC
which was floated on AIM in March 2000. ADVFN.COM is now the UK leading
financial web site, for people interested in stocks and shares.
