Following the acquisition of 1,572,291 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the capital of the Company, BlackRock Inc. is now the holder of 5,344,226 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 4.26% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
