9999 plc wishes to announce that trading in the Company's shares is to be
suspended with immediate effect, in accordance with the AIM Rules regarding
investing companies. The directors of 9999 plc can confirm that they are in
early stage discussions with a number of possible acquisition targets any of
which, if concluded successfully would constitute a reverse takeover under the
AIM Rules. The Company can confirm that it's cash balance is not significantly
changed. A further announcement will be made in due course regarding the
potential acquisitions.
