Mulberry Group plc, the AIM-listed luxury brand, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Melissa Ong as a Non-executive Director of the Company with
immediate effect.
Simultaneously, Edward Vandyk, who has been a Non-executive Director of the
Company for 8 years, steps down.
Godfrey Davis, Chairman and Chief Executive said: "I would like to thank Edward
Vandyk for his significant contribution to Mulberry during his tenure as a
Non-executive Director. In addition, I am delighted that Melissa Ong is joining
the Board and am confident that she will make a valuable contribution."
