PROPOSED REQUISITION OF A GENERAL MEETING
Calvet International Limited, which announced on 7 October 2016
that it had acquired 3,000,000 Ordinary shares in Mercom Capital
PLC ("the Company"), representing 10.19% of the issued share
capital, announces that it is intending to requisition a General
Meeting of the Company for the purposes of proposing certain Board
changes and implementing a strategy to deliver enhanced shareholder
value.
