The Directors of the Company have resolved to convene a general meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting") to be held at 85 Richmond St W, Toronto, ON M5H 2C9, Canada on Thursday 27 October 2016 at 9 a.m. (EST).

The General Meeting will consider resolutions to seek new authorities from shareholders to allot shares for general purposes and on a non pre-emptive basis.

The notice of General Meeting will be posted on Monday 10 October and will be available on the Company's website at www.mercomcapital.co.uk.
