The Board of Ludorum PLC announces that an application has been made to the 
London Stock Exchange for the admission of 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each 
("Ordinary Shares"} to AIM. These shares will be allotted in accordance with the 
issue of shares under the Ludorum E.M.I. share option scheme. It is expected 
that admission of the new ordinary shares will become effective on 17 September 
2010. 
 
The total number of ordinary shares in issue, and the total number of voting 
rights in the Company, will be 9,835,001 following the admission of these 
additional 5,000 ordinary shares to trading. This figure, 9,835,001, may be used 
by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will 
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their 
interest in, Ludorum plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
