DIRECTOR RETIREMENT

Leyshon Resources Limited (AIM/ASX: LRL) ("Leyshon" or the "Company") advises that Mr. Andrew

Berry III has announced his intention to retire from the Board of Directors with effect from 31 March 2014. Following Mr. Berry's departure, the Board will comprise Mr. Richard Seville, Non-Executive Chairman, Mr. Corey Nolan, Managing Director and Mr. Paul Atherley, Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Berry has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company for more than five years and played an important role in the development of the Company. Mr Berry's significant contributions include the successful demerger of the Company's unconventional gas assets in January 2014 and performing his duties as Chairman of the Audit Committee. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Berry for his invaluable contributions and we wish him every success in his future endeavours.
