COMPLETION OF SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME

Leyshon Resources Limited (AIM/ASX:LRL) announces that the share buy-back programme originally announced by the Company on 4 October 2011 has now closed. During the share buy-back the Company purchased a total of 7,068,512 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average of A$0.184 per share on the Australian Stock Exchange. These Ordinary Shares were subsequently cancelled by the Company.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 249,457,212 each carrying one vote. This is the number of shares which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the United Kingdom Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
