Resignation of Chairman 
 
 
Following the Company's Annual General Meeting on 1st June 2009, Philip Parker, 
non-executive Chairman, expressed his intention to resign by the end of the 
calendar year and we announce today that this has occurred. 
Colin Eastaugh, a non executive Director, has agreed to become interim 
non-executive Chairman.  A further announcement will be made when a new 
non-executive Chairman is appointed.
