LAMBERT HOWARTH GROUP PLC

Pursuant to the above-named Company's various Share Option
Schemes, application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for blocklistings totalling 350,000 Ordinary
Shares of 10p each to be admitted to the Official List upon
exercise of options.  The Shares shall rank pari passu with
the existing issued shares of the Company.

Copies of this announcement are available from The Company
Announcements Office of the London Stock Exchange for the
period of 2 business days from the date hereof and from The
Registered Office of the Company for the period of 14 days
from the date hereof.
