The Longmead Group plc was notified earlier today that Mr Paul I Tipping,
Director of the Company has today disposed of 7,500 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each in the Company held by him at a price of 134p per share.

Following the disposal, the total shares in the Company held beneficially by
Mr Paul I Tipping will reduce from 7,500 Ordinary Shares of 10p each,
representing 0.21% of the total Ordinary Issued Share Capital to nil Ordinary
Shares.
