NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR)

The Company announces that on 11 December 2018, Derek Walsh, a PDMR, was granted a conditional share award over 20,100 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) (the Award).

The Award was made pursuant to the terms of Mr Walsh's contract of employment which entitled him to be granted a 2018 LTIP award on terms agreed to reflect his joining on 4 June 2018, being part-way through the applicable performance period ending 31 December 2020. No payment was required for the grant of the Award.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.
